Deposits & withdrawals
One wallet covers every studio in the lobby. Ynappa charges no fee on any deposit or withdrawal — network fees on crypto are set by the chain, not by us.

Verify before you win
Complete Zyphe KYC at registration rather than at your first withdrawal. Verified accounts are paid out without a manual review queue.
Withdraw the way you deposited
Anti-money-laundering rules require funds to return to the original instrument, up to the amount you deposited from it.
No pending reversal
Once you request a withdrawal we do not let you cancel it back into your balance. The money leaves.
Source-of-funds checks
Cumulative deposits above €2,000 in a rolling 30-day window trigger an enhanced due diligence request under Maltese AML law. You will be asked for evidence of income or wealth — a payslip, tax return or bank statement — uploaded through Zyphe's encrypted portal. Play continues while the check runs; withdrawals are held until it clears. See the privacy policy for how those documents are handled and retained.
